Dr. Lim obtained her doctorate from the University of Nottingham majoring in cancer biology and drug discovery. Upon graduation, she received multinational clinical research training in Malaysia, United Kingdom and Singapore. She has accumulated more than 15 years of research experience thus far, specializing in oncology, cancer genetics and clinical diagnostics.
Dr. Lim founded Oncode- the first precision medicine laboratory in Malaysia in 2015. This precision medicine lab is equipped with state-of-art precision medicine facilities and medical equipment. She also brought together a team of experts with the same aspirations and mission to bring a new look to the medical field. After two years of intensive R & D, Dr. Lim and her team finally launched a series of high precision cancer genetic tests. These tests were quickly recognized by Malaysian cancer experts. Oncode’s blood cancers genetic tests have quickly monopolized Malaysia’s blood cancer genetic tests market in just a few months’ time upon launching.
Dr Lim’s intention for founding the company is to gather expertise from both research & clinical worlds to collaboratively innovate and develop highly sensitive & accurate diagnostic solutions to improve the efficiency & effectiveness in clinical diagnosis and treatments.

Dr Subramanian (Dr Mani) is a Pathologist with certifications from the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology and Haematology and, from the American Board of Pathology & American Board of Medical Genetics in Molecular Genetic Pathology.
He worked as the Assistant Director of Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory and as an Assistant Professor of Pathology, in the Department of Pathology, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Centre, Dallas, TX, USA. Following that he set up and has served as the Head of Clinical Haematology Laboratory in Hospital Ampang, Malaysia. This laboratory is the National Referral Lab for Haematology in the Ministry of Health Malaysia and performs diagnostic testing on samples from patients with blood malignancies throughout the country.

Dr. Kow is a medical biochemist graduated from Monash University with over 10 years of research experience. She co-founded Oncode and has been overseeing the operations and quality assurance of both the company and the clinical laboratory since incorporation.
Dr. Kow is detail oriented and is great at multitasking. She is a person who can handles macro directional planning, while also paying attention to small details. Despite of her busy management tasks and schedules, she still insists on her interest in clinical research and is always actively providing valuable ideas & insights in company’s product development and also marketing effort.
